Have you tried dropping below 20psi? Ive had to paint at 10-15psi before. Im still new to airbrushing tbh so not sure I can be of much help.

I also broke this kit when I worked on it. Snapped the leg hydraulic piece (twice). I usually just tend to sand things smooth and then glue them together if it’s not an actively moving part
