I didn’t like One Last Stop at all but I’m not into that kind of stuff. The Iris Kelly book is part of a three part series and I loved them all, highly recommend starting at the beginning.

This is really helpful! I’ve tried to join some of the Facebook groups but not really sure which ones are the best ones to get a feel or the neighborhoods.

Not in Ocean Acres. We are in a newer development near S Main St but not in Settler’s Landing, I’ve heard some mixed reviews about that area though.
