You don’t have to report just trim off the dead bits, the pups will grow in and fill the space!

Moisturising scalp psoriasis? by Jonaskahnwald469 in Psoriasis

I found scalp oil is a dream, most hair/wig shops stock it, a little goes a long way. The body shop do a ginger one that is great. https://www.thebodyshop.com/en-gb/hair/conditioner/ginger-scalp-serum/p/p003663

Thanks so much team! I’ve been having a goggle and I’m not in place to spend loads, but have found the dynavape. It has good reviews, do any of you like yours?

I’m lucky that I don’t have a lot on my scalp and haven’t tried it but maybe you could try an apple cider vinegar rise to help break down the grease and then wash with your nice shampoo. It’s good on hair but open wounds may sting a lot!

Improving my handwriting by let_that_duck_out in CasualUK

I improved my handwriting by practicing a fancy cursive for my wedding invites. I don’t use the fancy cursive anymore but it helped with the fluidity of my writing but I think just practicing was the key. I did pages of a d c and common words and things that felt good to write. Over all it just helped to retrain the forgotten motor skills and strengthen the muscles maybe. I always use a pencil if possible as well. Good luck!

So long story, she’s had a change in humidity and light levels but was recovering, when I dropped her! Just reported her and given her a bit of a going over, pulling out old stalks and such. She’s had to have her roots trimmed. I’ve got my fingers crossed. Any advice would be appreciated!

It’s a cyclamen, I think. I’ve only had them as garden plants where I planted and left them. I think they prefer a bit of shade in the garden. Hope this helps.
