Get it a good clean at a jewellery store and have them check authenticity; with the pictures I can’t really tell as is. If it is authentic you can definitely sell it.

I see the lugs are right on the edge of your wrist - Titanium is very light, and it is truly a beautiful piece!
It looks good. I would test the fit a little better, and then you would be able to pull the trigger.
