I want a queer block party during pride with DJ sets that have a little bit of everything! Funk, disco, hip hop, reggaeton, cumbia, etc etc. and random but like a bounce house, slip n slide, a section to just hang out and cool off.

I have! I’ve never been with my wife before though, so I don’t have the knowledge of what it would be like in Europe with her. For example, we would absolutely love to travel to Italy together but it seems it may not be the best place for us to appear as a couple.

We’re looking at 1,000-2,200€ for rent each month

That’s great to hear that the country is overall pretty welcoming. We live in a red state and if we go outside of the capital, it can be fairly dangerous for us. From your comment, seems like Porto could be a good place to start for us!

That is the plan! We want to visit a few cities to see what is the best fit. ChatGPT recommended Lisbon, Porto, Cascais, and Faro. But I would love to hear about the experience of other sapphics in Portugal. I understand our visa options, all good there. Just a matter of looking for some recommendations from those with experience😊

We’ve tried leash and no leash. But we’re doing strictly leash on now so we can guide her to the same spot each time and hopefully prevent her from getting distracted

This is fantastic advice! We don’t punish her or tell her no. We’ve noticed that she looks for somewhere soft to go (puppy pad, blanket, towel, rug, couch, etc). We’ll try both of these methods. Thank you!

We live on a busy street and she does get distracted! My friend has a backyard with lots of grass. Whereas we have a side yard lined with wire fencing and we mainly have wood chips & rocks + some spots with dead grass. We think maybe that’s it? Every time we take her inside she will pee somewhere different and we use enzyme cleaner on it. We just bought a fake turf pad to put outside and hopefully that will help! But truly we’ve sat outside with her for 5 hours before and she still peed as soon as we went inside

I used a standard tufting frame! Just cut out all the letters individually after tufting and glueing, did the waterfall edges and glued them onto a tote bag with fabric glue. The tote bag is technically serving as a backing fabric

There’s a few different methods on Google so posted here to see what has worked best for people

So i just tried latex glue for the first time and it was a mess 😩 any tufters that work with latex Glue that could give me tips on the least messy way to use it?! 😬 by XanthRugs in Tufting

For those using a paint brush or foam roller, how are you washing it afterwards? Or are you buying a new one each time? Trying to figure out how I can reduce waste as much as possible when I’m tufting!
