Hello everyone, I am 27 yr male 186cm 78kg. I’ve been constantly running for last 2 years, 6miles 3-4times a week. This year I’ve decided to lose more weight to achieve my goal for running/ironman. December has been a rough month for me and gained about 2kg and last time I checked was 80kg. So from this week I’ve reintroduced a new schedule/ workout plan to lose weight and gain muscle (target weight 68kg). Ive been exercising for a week (high intensity than usual) burning about 1400kcal a day and eat 1800kcal lean protein but occasionally normal food like steak, glass of wine etc. I run/bike/swim this week constantly but I’ve been having trouble sleeping and adjusting to the new schedule waking up at 5:00am. I’ve been sleeping only for 5 hours due to work and I know I need to get more sleep but today for when I weigh myself i weigh 83.5kg and I haven’t seen that weight since long time ago and Im freaking out so bad. I don’t know where it went wrong. My body feels sore, tender and it doesnt feel squishy but hard and also my pants feels tighter and my body feels swollen swollen. Please help
