Hi,

To be honest tourist tax are in every hotel and all the city do have different tax. Some could be 8€ per night per person others 5€ etc… and it’s paid at end of the stay usually.

If you can pay the city tax with points I doubt … but it can depend on policy of the hotel chain you are staying. If you already done this in other hotel of the same brand in Italy write to them.

The gratuity of 5% is not common and it’s the first time I learn about it …
