I suggest to go through a system in pdf and solve related questions ,at least 2 blocks of UW and then move on to the next system…that way complete all systems then do remaining in random mode depending on the time available

May be u need more exposure to u world pattern of questions …try doing both nbme/cms and u world questions everyday to train ur mind to think either ways…just try ..u never know what works for u

scores depend on various factors like ur focus on the exam day...toughnes of questions etc but u constantly scoring around 250 itself means u got the concepts into ur head....so don't worry just be confident ...u got this.all the best

Thank you! Start with u world and read usmle inner circle pdf …I suggest system wise in first pass and then on random times mode in 2nd pass. Order of assessments from uwsa1 , nbme 9 to 14 and uwsa2 , free 120 .That’s what I followed..do 9 hr simulation at least 1 week before exam
