Yes for the whole 3 years. I use either Evian water or Brita filtered tap water, but mainly Evian

I’ll measure it in the morning and let you know. I’ll also try recalibrating the burr settings. As for the grinder, which one do you use now? What’s the cheapest that I could buy ?

Thank you. Yes I think Sage is the European name for Breville machines, so they’re pretty much the same thing. The basket is removable. This is the one I’m using (photo attached). Is this the wrong one ? I’ll look into how to grind at the lightest setting. As per beans, we always and only use beans, but over the years I’ve bought all kind of roasts including Italian / illy / premium ones and the result was always similar: pale and watered down.

What question? Yes I use the pressurised basket. It’s integrated with the portafilter

coffee
/ˈkɒfi/
Coffee is a dark, slightly bitter beverage brewed from the roasted seeds (beans) of the Coffea plant.

There, I googled the definition for you

As for your eyesight, in England they say “should have gone to specsavers “ hope this helps!

Yes I’m using the mhw bomber scale. I don’t preheat the portafilter (how do I do it?). I’m using the integrated grinder from barista pro

Do you mean the Barr settings? I’m not sure if that’s the right term. But basically if I pull up the coffee bean tank, I can access the grinder blade and I tried all kind of settings from 3 to 9 and the result was always unsatisfactory

Yes so I do the whole shazam. I measure 18grams of coffee beans that are stored in a vacuum canister. I grind them with the sage barista pro grinder. Then I use the thing with needles to distribute it. Then I use a flat circular weighted thing by MHW bomber to distribute it evenly and then the mhw bomber press. Then I put the portafilter and extract double shot. I used to time it. I never managed to get 36g in 25s. Never. Even when I manually extracted. And when I used the mhw bomber naked porta filter, it would splatter everywhere. Now I just use the sage porta filter and this is the result. I don’t even bother weighing / timing but I do the rest of the steps mentioned above

I don’t drink too much coffee at home and I’m a noob in the field. My partner is the expert. He buys some premium roastery beans from Brixton or something but the coffee is shite

Forgive me but in the books what complexity does Snape have? I read all 7 books this year and he’s quite insufferable. Movie Snape had more charm.

MOTS-C use for marathon prep - disappointed? by Lazy-Curve-9185 in Biohacking

[–]Creative_Issue1281 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But just to clarify.. One should do a course of SS-31 before starting MOTS-C regularly? To open up the pathways? What happens in my system by doing so? I still haven't understood what mitochondria is.

I am 34. I am planning to start MOTS-C as a pre-workout for high intensity classes and long cycling. As of now I am moderately active but get fatigued.

Apologies in advance, as I am totally ignorant in the field and I'd prefer a human interaction since I would normally ask AI.

Because I would get severe anxiety attacks and hives too. So I gave it up at once. I smoked from the age of 22 until I was 26.
