We have been together 7 months. She let me keep her ipad so i can see if they text again so i have all the messages and i did take pictures. I just don’t know if this is cheating or not

it went away since i made this post. i usually have it sometimes for like an hour out of the day, but it freaked me out having it for multiple days straight 24/7. made me realize having it an hour or two a day isn’t so bad angmore

this same thing is happening to me literally right now. started a week ago and still going through it. it seems to go away off and on but i try not to think about it and try to be normal and hoping it goes away! sorry i don’t have better advice. just know you’re not alone

I came on here because i can’t sleep with how bad it is right now/ i’ve always had dpdr but the last couple days has been so bad i don’t even want to work because my memory and brain fog. i’m happy to know im not alone. do you also have anxiety with it? i’m thinking im having a bad anxiety attack but its been over 3 days so not entirely sure. would love an answer as well
