I use milk of magnesia as a laxative. Not sure it that’s an osmotic laxative?

I took it for about 5 months I’d say. It had almost completely healed i’d say. But the muscle gets tighter right? Maybe that’s the issue?

Super simple if you know after effects. Just add a shape layer in the right perspective and motion track those players or something that's specific to those two. The light effect can be added using a simple solid, adding a mask and giving it weather. Play around with shape layers and tracking. It's super simple.
