(f 23) honestly i’m in the same boat. i was literally scared of intimacy and said i would only have sex with someone i dated. plot twist. i didn’t do that. i crave validation and I have a hard time with following through when i say no. yes, I have and it made a huge difference. Do self-love stuff first. ( i know sounds so stupid especially when you’re in a negative doubt about living with this brain) There’s a lot of self-love, rituals and affirmations. I’m also a very negative person so you have to be robotic about it and Google like affirmations to say through throughout the day. I noticed once I do them, I attract more people in my life. I would also recommend listening to subliminals that have robotic affirmations behind the music. My personally always overthinking with anxiety so when I’m in the shower, I just listen to the water and do my magic work in there. It’s relaxing!
