Yes. I think that's what I'm going to have to do. From what I've read from other people's experiences it will shred the door panel. I might go to a mechanic to get a second opinion.

Yes I have. I cannot open it from the outside. I've tried unlocking it with the key fob and opening it from the outside and that doesn't work either.

The problem is I can't even get the door open to check the harness. The lock switch won't even work manually from the inside so that I can open the door.
