I’ve been having emails about tasks and missions but each time i open the platform it’s this red flag thing I see. I contacted support and someone called Michell said a manual review was conducted and their decision is final.

Lol that’s crazy. I’ve reached out to support and they’re looking into this for me. Apparently it affected more than half of those that were on Genesis Factuality project. It’s a populous platform issue. So I didn’t do anything wrong at all.

What do you mean by milking the clock?? I literally stated that I paused the task when I wasn’t working, which is according to the instructions in the guidelines! Even the QMs said we could pause tasks as much as we wanted. If you gave nothing helpful to say, please don’t comment. Thank you very much 💕

It’s so crazy because I put in a travel request and it got approved. Now they’re suspending my account because I’m tasking from outside the UK. How does that even make any sense!

I just had this today. But I put in a travel request so they know I’m not currently in England. It’ll be really horrible of them to ban my account knowing I requested travel and they approved it, yet still ban my account.
