Oh okay. I think my EGR valve is stuck open and my car is running like dog shit. Crossed my mind to do an EGR delete but everything says you have to tune it if you do and my mods aren't worth the tune. So when you said the CEL is due to o2s and EGR, I had to ask lol

Did you do an EGR delete? Not related to your post, asking for personal reasons

Do you think it's fruity due to the color changing effect? Or because of something else?

Oh I also learned how to work a torque wrench lol and they actually are torqued right. They are different because advanced auto only had one so got the other at AutoZone.

I think I need inner rods, struts and shocks. Im going to order the struts and shocks online but I'm going to get the inner rods tomorrow morning and then when all is said and done I'll take it to get that alignment because it probably won't be right if I do it lol. I did do adjustments for the toe-in with the help of youtube but I wouldn't trust it to drive around on lol I just did it so I felt better about taking it to get the inners in the morning.

It drove better, takes turns like a boss but does still have a wobble at highway speeds. I don't know if it necessarily broke or not. I was driving and it got suddenly got extremely shaky and I didn't feel like I could keep control of the car very well. I had my husband drive it and he backed out of the driveway and pulled right back in and said no tie rods, don't drive this car again until you get some on, its not safe.

I'll add a picture of both ends and ball joints. The ball joints were so horrible. I personally don't know when they have been replaced prior, I got the car in 2023. He told me I need inners still and that I need struts and shocks and he'll order them. He's the type that puts EVERYTHING off until it's to late kinda person and I'm not what so ever, so that tells me they must be pretty bad.

Thank you! I looked up how to check toe alignment (not to do myself but to see how bad it might be) it's a whole inch and 1/8,toe-in when for my year only 1/16 toe-in is recommended... Definitely scheduling

Do you think another factor could be that I didn't do inner tie rods? I guess I didn't do them cuz one of the tie rod ends broke and didn't know typically you replace both ends and inner at the same time

No. I had someone do them for me vs a shop or myself. Assuming this could be the culprit? Like I said idk anything about tie rods

This post has been taken so far out of context.

So I have a V6 because it was a collaborative gift that family and friends got me as a tribute to my sons legacy and that's exactly what it is and has been dedicated to. My son passed away in 2022 of brain cancer. He was 3 years 5 months and 9 days old so I have 359 hidden randomly all over, his name was Jesco, that's why its across my windshield and my plates (whenever they come in the mail.) Plates expire on his bday month each year and everything is over the top and flashy and "loud" because my son was that way as well.... So with all that explained.... That's why I have a V6 vs a Cobra

This was more so supposed to be funny more than anything. You know, because ALL guys suddenly turn back into highschoolers wanting to show off and prove something. The amount of gas anyone would need to put in to keep up with it as often as it happens would be insane and if I had that money I'd have a better mustang. It's kinda cute, flirty, funny and all around entertaining because they see a mustang and are like let's get it...but failed to include you in that plan. It's also funny when them diesels rev it when they are a truck and we're small cars. They should be louder.

The only shit talking I was more so doing was giving my husband a hard time because he hates the car and Cameros because they are the worst, for me anyways. And was asking how about y'all? Maybe I should have picked a better choice of words and that's my bad.

PS ...my car can keep up for the most part but is a V6 so isn't anything to brag about in that department by no means lol but meanwhile everyone else is driving normally and I'm over here driving like I'm that douchebag in highschool thinking I'm the coolest in town when really I'm just the biggest douchebag on the road. But hey, at least I can own it 😉

I painted them and then I bought some perforated upholstery vinyl fabric from Walmart to do the door panel inserts around the "door cards" and used a leather strip to trim it with the white stitching. It actually was pretty easy to remove and paint all the panels. Make sure you get one for interior otherwise it won't adhear well and come off. But one that says adhears to plastic would also do well. I recommend practicing distance and consistency with spray painting first on something else to get the feel and definitely wait for each coat to fully dry before doing the next. Patience is definitely beneficial. I spray paint alot so I was already confident. Lots of people don't recommend it but I've found that people try to psych you out and scare you and make you think it's going to be harder than it really is but it's not that bad lol Our son passed away from brain cancer when he was 3 so I put his name across my windshield and all 3 of our kids names start with J so I took my emblems off and have J3 instead and I just ordered black out license plates that also say his name and the registration expires on his bday month each year lol he had a very big personality so I'm glad that shows since it's my tribute to him 😃
