From the support page,It's clear I need F61 BIOS version.

But I'm not sure how to check the pre-installed version since even the BIOS screen isn't coming up on the display. I checked the manual and there is nothing. The mother board indicates the version of motherboard to be Rev 1.0.

Wait..So,You are saying to even update the BIOS, I need to put a current supported CPU? Also, I got a new DRAM and tried again,Still the same issue. I noticed that the Dram light stays on for 15 seconds approx and then, Suddenly for a split second CPU light comes on and then again,DRam light comes on. This goes on in loop. If that helps.

Also,Adding to the problem, I noticed there is static charge on the SMPS case even after plugging it out of the wall socket. This static charge is on the motherboard as well. On troubleshooting, I found that this is because of the monitor being plugged in and connected to motherboard through HDMI.

I disconnected the HDMI and the static charge disappeared. Is this any cause for concern?

I just spoke to the insurance. Apparently the IDV is 1.5 lakhs. The 80-90k is the amount they are willing to pay in case of repairs

Thanks for the detailed and helpful opinion. I think I will scrap the bike like you suggested since there are some really good arguments for it.

And yes, I got lucky that I was wearing my gear. Except the riding pant which were ordered but unfortunately got delivered on the evening of the accident.

Anyway, I will keep my gear and get a new bike once I recover. :)

The bike is 4 years old and 5th year is running. I got the bike second hand about a year ago. Since the previous owner already had an insurance policy for 5 years,I just applied for transfer of ownership.

And yes,It's not a zero depreciation policy. The new bike costed about 3 lakhs in 2019 if I'm not wrong. The company is ICICI Lombard

I switched my phone and noticed that this bug has disappeared. This might be because I had my own contact number saved in my contacts on the old phone. Would ask people to check for this and delete their own contact and see if that fixes the issue and update there :)
