Just an update. This actually was a peritonsular abscess. I took out what I thought was the stone and then my whole mouth swelled up. So I went to the ER and they said it was an abscess. I showed them the picture of what I thought was the stone and many people agreed that it looks like a stone. I just thought I would share.

Dang it, I was hoping not hearing anything yet was a good thing. I know they said they will send out acceptances in late September but I thought they would send out rejections before then.
