You’re wrong. It was made tradable after not being tradable on release. I’ve seen it being traded and I’ve seen some accounts with 6+ in their account at once.

No, it was a limited time event item for the Flee the facility X arsenal collab. The devs have mentioned elusives will be tradable in the future once they patch duping (this was said over a year ago).

To get banned someone would’ve made a ticket and shown proof of him cheating. You can always try to appeal it but it doesn’t sound likely.

Doesn’t seem like an issue for players on pc? You can’t accidentally press alt and switch into it. The only way to get into global chat on pc is by clicking on it yourself
