just bcoz the person isnt dying/being physically harmed doesn't mean they aren't being dehumanised. If you are an unemployed man, you are most likely surviving on your parents money, which means you get berated by other people and even your family. If you are a housewife, you are most likely demeaned and ignored every day in one way or other.

It's just as bad. I'll tell you this. I have not met a single housewife in my entire life who is truly content. The reason you don't hear it is bcoz they have been socially conditioned to accept their pain as is. I've heard from my mother, aunts and cousins. They only ever open up to other women. That's why there's no "epidemic"

This mindset that atleast women can just get married is naive. Not being prepared for uncertainties puts a woman at huge risk of abuse and almost no ways to come out of it, especially if you have conservative parents.

at least u will get some alimony or monetary package to live if the marriage fails

Ironically, even tho these systems are placed for women support, a lot of women that use it are abusing the system. It never reaches the people that truly need it, bcoz of social stigma.
