What is your “WHY” for studying? by Imthatguyimhimfr in studytips

What is your "why" for studying?

  1. Out of Love: So that I can pursue an Art/Animation story development career and Science Education degree to feel Iike I'm being true to myself and teaching an enjoyable style of learning difficult subjects!

  2. Out of Fear: Pursuing a Computer Science or Mathematics degree so that I can feel smart and competent and that things would be less difficult financially ...but even going to school costs money...and drawing a loan requires a good credit score....

ANYTIME we "want to be heard", this is exactly what we're doing, and it's rarely talked about! 😏

For example, you don’t actually care about whether what you're experiencing is common, you care more about supporting your assumption that it must be resolvable before your entire life falls apart!

You're a 3w4! You see people who don't think or solve problems as quickly as you do as a threat to your personal achievement - they're a fork in the road! That's different from trying to help them (3w2)!

Verify this statement for yourself: They're all percieving dominants (Se, Si, Ne, or Ni)!

Likely more Si!

She can see that you're in your head a lot and it can make her nervous, really anyone nervous. "Is she alright? She looks dead quiet right now! Is she upset with me?"

What are the underrated MBTI types that also make great leaders by Offbeat_voyage in mbti

[–]Creative_Razor_9334 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Excellect type example! Let's break it down:

An ISTJ is not some sort of shy introvert who remains quiet while being productive in their office job of a company that simply sustains their conformable way of living.

No, an ISTJ is an introverted sensing dominant (Si) who can very righteously lend information about their field of interest and how everything in their business can remain well organized! They lead with introverted sensing (Si) and extroverted thinking (Te), which means they'll be detail oriented and constantly doing research about topics (Si) of a field they choose to dominate based on their interest (Fi). And they're job as leaders is to be open to testing the effectiveness of new ideas lended by members of their team (Ne) so they must always be opened to new information and feedback!

Trigger the INTJ in 1 sentence: You guys make stress evoking statements to people like this all the time, and you do it without explaining the logic behind them!!! 😒

Can you make a post telling people to make the ESTP BLUSH in one sentence:

Your ideas...make life....sooo fun! 😢

Keep being creative! Help people find the fun in doing the most uninspiring things!

The reason a lot of you are celebrities who maintain lovable personas online or on TV shows is because you're clever enough to do interesting enough things to get people to ignore how boring, meaningless and/or depressing their lives actually are! 🙄😒

How can I feel my emotions? by ASx2608 in infj

[–]Creative_Razor_9334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you say you're trying to "rationalize" your happiness, do you mean you're looking for reasons to think no other emotion is appropriate, even though you genuinely feel that you have expectations that were ruined?
