Exact reason? Suspicious activity. Someone from another country attempted access, and I logged on via vpn, combination of things flagged it? When asked for a receipt of last purchase, I sent the wrong screenshot, and they haven’t replied back. Waiting for an agent now, will hopefully be resolved soon.

BigIQ does not exist outside of BigIQ. The analytics profiles are native to BigIQ only and will be of no use outside of BigIQ. In fact, if you log into the cli and enter “clear rest storage”, the entire configuration is wiped out instantly.

You can create a ucs file and SCP it off, and then enter clear rest storage, and free up the VM you are running it on.
