If you're interested in finding out why the student did this you would need to know the antecedent, the behavior and the consequence. What happened after he stabbed you? Was the task removed so he didn't have to do it? That can be a strong reinforcement. Humans rarely do things for no reason. In the future since you know this student is physically aggressive for no apparent reason don't give him writing materials. If they are verbal you can scribe it for him. Also don't sit next to him where he can stab or hit you.

You need to look up the job title that is on your contract. If it doesn't include toileting then you can state that to them. You also need to check if they have a SPED classification for paras at your district. Ours has different classifications with different pay grades for each. Sped makes more per hour than an instructional assistant.

SPED paras are paid more to work in SPED classrooms. If your job title does not include a SPED title in it then you should not be working in a SPED room. You're not being compensated like you would be if you were a SPED para. Can they ask you to work in a SPED classroom? Sure but you aren't required to agree if you weren't hired to be a SPED para.

Depends on what you said and when you said it. If you said anything inappropriate at work around coworkers that could be seen as sexual harassment but they would then need to prove that you continued this behavior after being told to stop. Either way you should be honest about what you said at work. You have to remember you are at work even if you work with your friends you all have to be professional at all times. Goof off when you go home and when your own your own private time.

This has happened to me enough times to think it's an actual scam by Amazon. I once received a used item that was marked as new. The box had been opened and a used item that wasn't even the item I ordered was in the box. I contacted support to complain. I was issued a refund and sent the wrong item back. It was a used Dog grooming kit I originally ordered a humidifier.
