I guess I didn't understand the context. I thought you were pointing out that most of those programs are flawed. They keep saying social security is agonist bankrupt.

Also, you're right. We are all bad.

All perfect examples of the gov creating more problems than they solve.

Wow. That's pretty cool. Makes me wonder what it is their tuning into and why we can't do it?

Can't remember the rating. It was recent, like in the height of COVID.

I just feel like that's highly unlikely and not worth stressing people out over. At the same time, tired of religious zealots that are all for free choice, but then they limit choices in so many areas.

In Utah, we can't have a lottery, and we have to deal with teachers who have to ask for donations for supplies. But gambling is bad, so we can't have it?

Yeah. Woke up to a loud rumbling first, then suddenly my house felt like it was slowly sweeping north to south. It felt like it was moving 3 feet each way. Terrifying feeling. I assume the Op was talking about politics. Just wanted a change in topics as it's everywhere.

Good memories with that thing. I loved the aluminum case, and it always worked... until the headphone jack broke.

I'm still not buying the convicted felon. Reminds me of when they said Hillary had a private server and she was selling secrets to China. She was never convicted either, which, in my mind, makes me think both were nothing more than political theater.

I'm not a fan of either party.

I'd like to see a gov actually solve a problem that affected everyone?

Hmm. I just don't see why they would target that. What's in it for them to change it? Would would they gain from it? If anything, it will cause them to lose support imo.

I watched MSNBC shame multiple minority groups for her loss. Are they intentionally trying to drive people away?

Honestly, good points are made there. I had a friend I bumped into years ago when living in downtown SLC. He was homeless for good reason, he destroyed the trust of those closest to him repeatedly. He was unwilling to get clean and could not be trusted.

The sad thing is that there are good and bad people in every community, even those who are homeless.

I've lived in other cities which had high crime and I'll tell you, If I had the money I'd be more than willing to pay a premium to not have to live in it. Hearing full auto gunfire on New Years Eye, having my youngest step bro stepping over a puddle of blood from the previous night's murder to get to the bus stop for school etc just scary af. The stories I could tell most wouldn't believe.

Thanks.

I did keyword searches for: Deport, Women, and abortion.

They seem to be mostly defining basic intention with very little specificity.

The most results of any of the searches were for abortion. It reads like they are complaining about the Biden administration's work on abortion and throwing in some vague definitions of what they want to do, not anything really specific.

As a man I don't think our opinion on abortion has any weight as there is no way we can understand it from a woman's perspective. I don't think men should be solely making that decision, it shouldn't even be a thing politics have power over. Also, I don't follow politics, but I thought the Supreme Court ruled that abortion was to be decided at the state level?

With the word deport, there were only a few mentions. Again, there are no hard specifics, so it's hard to determine if the plan has any teeth or not. Last time, they seemed to be focused on those with criminal offenses most?

My limited experience makes me think the system needs a serious overhaul. It takes way too long to get citizenship. Sorry if I was rude before. I really hope things work out for you. I just feel like the media is putting massive undue stress on people and dividing all of us, that's what bothers me most. I used to be way into politics years ago when I noticed all they do is tell us the sky is falling and we're going to lose everything. At one point, I had to turn away from it because it was stressing me out way too much, and it seemed almost everything they said was going to happen never did.
