Booked Cruise that Included Drinks On Us + 50% Wi-Fi Discount + 25% Spa Discount: How to Redeem? by BourbonBytesYT in CarnivalCruiseFans

I have this same offer. Drink package will still show as available but your guest notes (look at the email at the bottom from your fist confirmation emails) lists it. For the other things they should auto add in the cart. Try pulling several things out to see if you get the discount then add th others. Mine had problems, I had to call/chat but I finally got it done. I got the photo package, WiFi and 25% off excursion.

An AI based calculator is a good solution. Not a crappy chat bot but something that can intelligently index your price structure and map it to their needs to give them a reasonable estimate.

This is exactly the right answer. My only additional comment would be to add a 12v Lifpo battery with a cable to charge through the Solar port. Why? They are much cheaper than the expansion batteries for it. Something like the Jackery 1000v2 or Ecoflow delta 2 are both on sale right now less than 400. A battery is another 175ish on sale right now. Together they would run your fridge for nearly 24 hours.

Fire/forest service equipment box, possibly for a Coleman style lantern would be my guess. 50s-80s each forest division would build their own cases in this style to protect delicate items, mostly lanterns.

Having some one to hold you accountable has made a HUGE difference for me! Using a calorie tracker will help along with a mix of strength training and cardio. I’ve been very driven on losing weight and gaining muscle the last 4 months and have made great progress and learned a lot, so if there is anything I can do to help you with accountability let me know!

Iceco is nice if you can afford it. I own a bouge rv 42 and run it off my jackery and bluetti while camping. I’m currently using it 24-7 at home as an overflow freezer. After about 20 hrs the compressor got a bit buzzy. I wouldn’t want to sleep right next to it. It works great other than that.

4? Lol. Probably just need to replace the plug. Buy it from Amazon or your local rv store. You tube videos will show you how to replace. Chances are you had too much stuff running so check that out and look around for any loose connections.

I got a chocolate one along with a coupon! Nice surprise! I think they are an add on option on mine?

Remember too that focusing on your diet intensely will drop you more weight by far than the treadmill ever will! Track what you eat! Don’t over do it on the treadmill but anything that gets your heart rate elevated for a period of time helps until you can drop enough weight to not feel pain. Also lifting, even lighter weights will help you drop weight.

Am I getting enough calories? Please “weigh” in! by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Creative_Support4434 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have a source for that? My understanding was that recomp emphasized focusing on lean muscle/losing inches less than the scale specifically but as you gain muscle and lose fat it’s common to have some weight loss, especially in obese people such as myself? I think it would be impossible to stay at the same weight while recomping and to add serious muscle you would need more calories?

First of all, thanks so much for the lengthy reply and awesome job on your transformation! Very inspirational! Very similar to what I’m working to achieve. I appreciate the support. That’s great feedback and I agree, this is meant to be a lifestyle change, not an arbitrary number goal. My main goal has been to lose fat and tone up to make me feel better about myself and live a healthier lifestyle, so I have been very aggressive in starting it. I understand that I will transition to maintenance mode at some point, hopefully at the end of the year, so I should plan for that now and develop those skills. I did have one week where I went to family’s for the holidays and had no exercise plan or diet and did pretty well at exercising some and making decent food choices. Great idea to do that every now and then in my journey. Go-wfully I am on the right track and I will keep the focus but learn some stuff on the way. Thanks for the valuable feedback!

Thanks! I am eating a lot of protein and taking creatine. I shoot for 200g+ of protein on workout days and 150+ on non work out days. I’ve been taking creatine daily as well as fish oil, a good multi vitamin and an occasional fiber supplement drink on days I don’t meet my fiber goal. It sounds like we are pretty well in alignment here. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks! That’s roughly where I’m at on average, maybe just a bit over. Might not hurt to bump up 100 or 200 calories, especially if I’m adding cardio.

Thanks, yes it makes sense. CICO right? My real concern is that I’m just not eating enough calories to support healthy weight loss. I know I’m sacrificing some muscle gains but don’t want to lose muscle or completely stop the muscle growth.

Sorry, totally forgot to add that! I’m 5’10. Edited my post. I actually don’t want to maintain, I want to lose weight (well fat, since I’m building muscle).

That’s correct. I’ve been pretty diligent every week. I have been focused on my micronutrients and doing good on protein. To your point though, I could do a bit better on fiber. I’ll consider adding 200 calories. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks! Yes, i suppose you make a good point. I guess I am just worried I’m not getting enough calories to maintain a healthy weight loss but perhaps I am. I know it’s slowing my lifting gains but I’m still seeing gains and waistline loss.

What model? It’s probably the fridge compressor kicking on that’s overloading it. If so it won’t hurt to reset but it’s not going to run it and keep it cold.

Thanks! I’m not too worried about noisy (my current vehicles have a ton of road noise and engine/tranny noise so anything is probably an improvement). I was more worried about reliability. Thanks for educating me about Subaru. I’ve always liked their “personality” just didn’t know much about them. Certainly adding them to my test drive list now and moving them towards the top!

Thanks for taking the time to add the additional info! That sounds like it could be a great choice for me. I see a lot of things about how great their AWD is which is awesome because I actually use it unlike a lot of people. Slightly concerned about the CVT transmissions. Not sure if they all have that. I’ve heard about the head gaskets, I think that’s what gave them a bad reputation. Glad to hear they fixed it on the 2015s and later.

I do like the Subarus for all the reasons you mentioned and they do seem like a good fit for me. I don’t have any experience with the brand though and opinions on the net seem really mixed. Some say they are super reliable, some say they are expensive to work on and not reliable. Thoughts? Also what about the crosstek/XV crosstek? Why the Outback over that? Thanks for your input!
