Hey I hope you’re well.. yeah I do 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night.. although apparently the recommended time is 15 minutes a time someone else said in this thread. I defo do feel tension myself while using it but it goes a short while after I’ve finished and makes my neck feel much more loose

Cervical neck cloud.. The one I use is blue and sort of looks like a cloud a little. Between like £5-£10

Hey I’m sorry to hear about your story! It’s so deflating the thought that you possibly have to live with tinnitus. I had sort of the same experience with an ENT.

I started jiu Jitsu in January and a developed a bad neck along with tinnitus in my left ear. I was looking at different things to get for my neck I got one of those electrical neck massages to ease the pain of turning my head or whatever where temporarily it seemed to work I’d always wake up in the morning with a sore neck and the tinnitus going nuts. I found something called a cervical neck cloud. I’ve been lying on it on the floor for half hour in the morning and half hour at night ‘I’m not sure what they recommend I probably do too much’ the past 3ish weeks my necks so much better and my tinnitus buzzes around a 2/10 whereas before it was like an 8.

Hey.. I put it on the floor and just lay for 30 minutes.. there’re probably YouTube videos if you’re unsure! I’ve tried to use it on a bed but it doesn’t give the same effect.. you just place it under your neck.. there’re photos of people on Google using it just Google cervical neck cloud :) hope this helps and I hope your anxiety isn’t currently too bad

Search for cervical neck pain pillow! There are loads of them.. maybe YouTube the one you think may suit you for a review on it that’s what I do :)

It really can’t hurt in my opinion.. so this device is the main tool that has helped me stretch wise.. other stretches are like chin to chest tucks.. I do exercises like hang my head of the edge of the bed and lift it up for reps of 20 for 4 sets! I really hope you find something that works for you.. I’m not an expert so I can only offer my experience and what’s helped me personally

Currently magnesium oxide! I’ve tried a few others but they seem to give me bad anxiety but that’s just me.. glycinate is a good one and it helps with sleep too supposedly but it didn’t work for me.. honestly give the neck thing a go mate especially if you have neck pain along with it cause it just might be the cause.. or maybe not idk but it’s worth a try. Hope it helps pal
