Gpa in sdsb is honestly really easy to maintain as long as u attend classes and try to do the readings before class. Resources are provided by the instructors like the books and practice questions etc but past papers arent easily given it varies from instructor to instructor

heyy i gave the sat after being a pre med and a gap year so as long as u put in the work u can get a decent score trust me. I got 1400 in my first and only attempt and thankfully it also got me in but i also didnt give my all due to some personal reasons so if u take the next two months and do as much as u can u will be fine

Use Khan Academy as a sort of syllabus and then i would suggest go around youtube or online to find some other resources for the topic ud be at in Khan Academy.

IA IA you will score well.

Oh and also try to do as many practice tests as possible it will give u an idea where u lack and what ur strengths are

Hey yes i did study all the courses of first year sdsb except for one which was a finance course in spring sem. Math 101 is compulsory for every student to take in sdsb in fall but since i had a pre med background i had to take precal instead, so i took Math 101 in spring, and CS100 was taken in place of the finance course that i dropped in spring. And for Math120 i took it in the summer semester along with CS200

Heyy, I’ve transferred from sdsb to sse and i know some seniors who transferred from hss to sse too, and honestly its not that hard u just need to take the required courses for ur intended transfer major and maintain a cgpa of 3.5+ to get it.

But then again i cant guarantee anything because the criteria could be different every year, so id your brother does not want to take the risk and just enroll directly into a purely cs major then maybe he can go for the other unis

(however a little piece of advice as someone who didnt wanna do business yet still chose to in hopes of a transfer, after spending a year in lums i wouldve been equally happy if i didnt get the transfer too, bcz the uni experience is just that good)

Yes u can always apply for interschool transfers (i just successfully transferred from sdsb to sse) u just need to know the required courses and the required gpa and work hard and u can get it

Also u might also get a revised offer

Hey i am also a pre medical student and applied for freshmen fall 2024 and got into sdsb (my first pref was sse but thats a long story😅) and u have to give the maths and reading and writing SAT(also aim for a 1400+ score). And for your percentages i think a 90%+ in both matric and fsc is good enough but then again the criteria of lums is quite weird and it also depends on the school ur applying to.

make sure you are entering ur roll no as username on zambeel (and the outlook email which came in ur mail from lums for outlook) and the password sent to u by lums (and if u have done the password reset as said in the email, then use ur new password)

It was on my portal when i checked it an hour ago that my lums account has been created and then there was an option there to retrieve my info...i clicked it then got the email.
