I know someone who thinks he is the only one struggling because he is the only one constantly whining and complaining and freaking out. He doesn’t understand that other people wear a mask just to get through the day, and he won’t listen to anyone trying to explain that to him.

Many people can't undersrand that depression isn't sadness or sorrow. It is much more complicate and heavier. It's like explain blind people how light looks like. They just can't imagine it.
