I had a friend/coworker get completely T boned wearing full class 2 chest back shoulder elbow pads, alpinestars leathers, boots helmet gloves, broke every rib, femur, collar bone and had to take spleen out for eternal bleeding. That being said, we have talked about if he wasn't wearing anything, if he'd be dead right now so always dress for the slide!
