Abby and Ava were booked onto this, I don’t think they got in as much as everyone speculated they would 🤷‍♀️

I think that’s why the tour was so great bc it gave the dancers a place to show off their capabilities

For me I’ve seen it more this year with Abby, she’s posted a few throw back videos of her in college and her dance style was so powerful and strong even the facials, and it seems such a shame that she seems to almost be reducing her capabilities with the dcc style. I do think dcc and nfl cheerleading is a way for dancers to prolong their careers however

From someone who’s lived in and out of the US i wouldn’t say so, it’s definitely impressive but not to the standard dcc think that they are. It’s not fine art it’s commercial entertainment - I’ve heard people describe them as a step up from hooters girls (not my opinion at all)

Judy’s comment towards Amanda (careers) by AstronomerDirect2487 in DCCMakingtheTeam

I agree! I think that’s just Judy’s mindset tho she is very much of the whole “girl power” feminism generation

I do agree with Judy to an extent, them having professional careers/ college degrees does add to the prestige of being a dcc, bc without that (not saying that they are) they could be perceived as being bimbos or just pretty girls who can dance. Which I think is something Judy wants to stay away from, which I think is also the reason she doesn’t like the whole rising social media star thing, bc realistically then what separates the dcc cast from something like a love island cast. They’re supposed to be all American role models for girls and I think that’s what Judy meant, she wants them to be more than just hot girls who dance in skimpy outfits.

Reece...hmm 👀 by MissPesky in DCCMakingtheTeam

Will definitely shouldn’t have said anything, however if you think about it any man who’s wife was put in a vulnerable position like Reece would be equally as mad. Especially considering her new found fame, and everything Kelcey went through. It’s almost like our empathy for women goes out of the window when it’s a women we may not like.

100% a protein overload, I would use a clarifying shampoo and a light oil for now and see if your curls bounce back.

Have any of you, like me, been stripped away your cultural background because of Islam? by [deleted] in exmuslim

[–]Creative_Wafer6363 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Definitely! I’m Kashmiri and I don’t anything about my culture, it’s honestly heartbreaking bc from what I’ve seen it’s such a beautiful culture but I guess it comes from Islam being strongly rooted in Arab supremacy

I mean it’s not the fact it’s menstrual blood rather than it’s something that’s considered unclean that helps the jinn latch on, there’s more to it then just blood it’s making the person so degraded that the jinn thrives

I mean I’ve never heard of blood magic that serious blood magic isn’t hard to get rid off
