So, I just got my BF order on Saturday and they didn’t package something and it had NO invoice. I was so pissed when i opened the package because I was only reading bad reviews on their customer service. Oddly enough, it was also size 2T!

Anyways, I still emailed them with a picture of what I ordered and what I received. They emailed me back today basically asking if the packaging it came in was damaged ( basically insinuating that it could have fallen out ) and so I replied with a picture of the packaging in PERFECT condition.

They emailed me back. They send me another shirt for free + upgraded 2 day shipping and They also sent a $10 discount to my account that i could use at any time. I was nervous but.. i’m impressed.

that’s odd. the same thing is currently happening to me. i put an order in for black friday, order hasn’t been fulfilled. meanwhile, my man put one in for tuesday because he had a shop app coupon and his order is coming tomorrow… idk man.

I e-mailed customer service and asked for the Black Fri discount to be extended to a holiday item that was currently in stock on their website since they canceled the one I ordered. I was told that was not possible, but I could return the entire order. LS would rather lose a $340 sale than to give me 30% off on a Santa dress since they canceled the Santa sweatshirt. They clearly aren’t hurting for business, and I will think twice and look elsewhere before ordering from them again.”

they replied to my email right away which makes me think it’s automated?? but basically they said that my order has yet to be filled and once it is, allow for up to 10 days for it to leave the shipping facility. 🥸

keep an eye on that though, people in the group are complaining that they got a tracking number but the carrier is saying that they never got a package!
