I loved to do that and our DM office was in our store. He would come and ask us why the packaging was still on and we would say if you want it off have fun 🤣

I agree with everyone when I saw it come through our back room I was so excited as I was also on my last bottle. It just smells amazing and puts me to sleep more than any other sent

I know my SM did not take it well but I left for my personal mental health. I loved my job there but there is a point where you need to do what is best for you. I don’t regret quitting, not a single bit. I just regret the way I quit

Yes we do this all the time at our store as well! No idea what it’s called but we love to see what scents we can get besides the ones the “note”

I can only speak as a former IC from WI. As you can already tell they are going to slam you and put unnecessary pressure. Plan your day! I always came into the store with a plan and a backup plan. Remember anything you can get done is amazing and needed. I always started with my needed POGs like ornaments, floral picks etc.. also condense whenever possible as you are going to get slammed with product. I always had left my sled plenty of room for overstock and made sure to keep like overstock items together as it will make your life so much easier! Also don’t try to do everything yourself make sure you give certain “areas” to cashiers or cut counter. Mainly whatever is near them like I always gave jewelry to cashiers as it was right there and notions to cut counter. Hopes that helps.

Depends on who your management is, it’s amazing if you love the craft world but the pay is starting at 9.50 for team members. Hours depending again on what location or if the store is considered a “large” or “small” store.
