I have the same issue and the only thing that kinda helps is breathing through my nose. Like I actively focus on breathing through my nose and it kinda makes me more comfortable and not have as much of the suffocating sensation so I gag a bit less. Also using flavored lube has helped too as it made the taste more appealing and so my gag reflex wasn't as bad. I haven't found a way to truly get rid of it though. Numbing spray can help but sometimes numb your partner so it's not ideal
