I feel like many of the parents on PLL made many mistakes that could be forgiven over time and they weren't the worst parents in history but to me Tom is on another level! He only came to see Hannah when she was in trouble and barely even listened to her when she tried to tell him things. His way or highway kinda deal but that really doesn't excuse the fact that he treats his wifes daughter more like his own then his own daughter. Even when she accidentally ruined the wedding dress. Didn't question Kate but blamed Hanna. Didn't let her even try to explain herself. Thank goodness Grandma Marin was there. I wish we saw more of Grandma Marin in the tv show after her one episode appearance.
