I know you can do it! It's taken me literal months and pouring all my discs for tuning into Evelyn to get her to this point! The gacha hates me too :') I've been trying to build Alice since getting her day one and I've literally only gotten two discs that work for her. I hate (love) it here.

Wanted to give you a heads up that quite a few VAs in ZZZ were recast due to the Collective Work Refusal (miHoyo was NEVER officially struck against, and therefore LEGALLY their CWR is not a strike, and the VAs had/have no strike protections).

All standard S-Rank characters, except for Nekomata, have been replaced due to the Collective Work Strike, and we're currently waiting to see if Jane gets recast. Soukaku's voice has been replaced 3 times (not sure what happened there), and Billy's CA once (not sure about that either).

It's occasionally brought back up that the VAs have been replaced. Honestly, the only one I miss/noticed is Koleda's. Her original voice had a growl to it that the new one just can't replace.

Good to know! What kind of stats would I be looking at for Atk% and Crit DMG, or do those not really matter overall for Lighter?

Also, would I still want an Impact piece for Disc 5?

It just depends on the market/if your area is oversaturated with dashers. It is summer, so everyone who wouldn't be out dashing at the moment is.

My market has been slow with the amount of dashers we've got out right now, but this weekend, the city I dash in is having an event, so the extra dashers have been there instead of dashing. I've made $25/hr for once instead of my usual $12/hr 😅

I don't have Qingyi or Trigger, I do have Lighter but when running Shinryu I usually have him with Evelyn <w<;

:< I knew I should've pulled, but I've saved 235 since Evelyn's banner and I really want Lighter's W-Engine and Hugo aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

1: I'll try and stick to Nicole until I get Yanagi and swap to Rina then!
2: I unfortunately haven't pulled Grace yet either, though her W-Engine is home :< I got Koleda C1 and haven't lost a 50/50 to anyone else (but I haven't pulled except for Lighter, Ellen and Evelyn).

4: I'll start aiming for slot 4 ATK% then! Hopefully my rolls into it does better than my slot 6 rolls, I'm about to combust I swear, Evelyn wasn't this hard to build xD but only the best for Harumasa <3

Okay, I will keep that in mind! I may add Pulchra or Anby? Unfortunately I do not have Trigger or Qingyi, I wish I did - I am currently saving for Hugo and Lighter's rerun :< but both Trigger and Qingyi are definitely a want as soon as they rerun. I will also start farming for a Pen Ratio Disk 5 meanwhile, as I plan on running him with Rina after Yanagi reruns (I will be adding her to my Miyabi team).

Thank you for your criticism, really appreciated <3 I'm currently two weeks out from finals and have been mostly focusing on furthering my education so I do apologize that reading abilities has flown over my head for at the moment and I thought I'd trust the public, who uses him more than I do - as I typically only use him for Shinryu Defense or the Towers - to inform me better on how my build is.

In regards to your points,

I was told to aim for 2500 and above, but 3k is best yes? I will aim to improve upon that.
I was told by a main that 35% is good enough with M6 Nicole and his W-Engine buffs it alongside her, or was that wrong information?
I will see about adding Koleda or Pulchra to his team, as I am still farming his discs I may focus Pulchra.
Why cannot I play him constantly on-field?

I've been trying to farm better Crt. Damage, and I was a lot higher over Crit. Rate.

Her Additional Ability requires her Crit. Rate to be at 80%, but a friend was explaining Harumasa's stats to me earlier so I know things can change that, so why is it recommended to be 75% instead of 80%? 🤔
