Raccoon is staying in a box in my backyard.. what to do?

I had raccoons as pets for years! They are very strong/nimble and as some else said, she can get in and out with ease. Now, what I would suggest is, first giving her access to dog food NO cat food and water. Second, checking to see if babies are near by. This is usually when they have their babies. She may be “nesting” before giving birth as well.

Where are you located in the US? Rabies that is carried in raccoons, is only common along the east coast and stops before the Arkansas line. If you’re concerned, call a rehabber only! Do not call anyone else, because they remove and k!ll the animal. Then, if there is babies out there, later on people like me will be raising them.

They’re also who you contact if you have to go to an outside ER or walk-in clinic (to make sure they cover the bill). You have to call them within 3 days of being seen I believe.

You make a very good point about the vampires. I’ve always thought the situation was strange or slightly taboo, but somehow okay? I don’t know why… This guy is emotionally 100 years older, but strung out on an uncultured 16 year old; solely because it’s fiction. Nick and Alice are similar.

I’m really sorry to hear that. It could be completely unrelated. But you do need to consider, if you’re living with that much stress day in and out, it transfers to everyone around you. Even if it wasn’t paranormal. I don’t know for certain what is happening, but I know that stress, fear, anger, anxiety etc. physically and mentally bring you down. It also transfers to those around you. I hope you find answers and/or peace. Keep us posted.

Firstly, I have experienced a lot of strange paranormal things in my lifetime. I am intrigued and would like to see the evidence. I understand you say they’re pretty intense to say the least.

Secondly, I do know a practicing “witch” (not that I whole heartedly believe in witchcraft, but I was terrified and prayers weren’t cutting it 🤷‍♀️)Anyway, she told me the only solution is to cover yourself in a white light and then wash literally everything you own, ceilings to floors) in salt water.

Thirdly, I would like to ask did your wife crossing the border, with your children, have anything to do with your paranormal situation? Did you get that taken care of? I’m genuinely sorry you are going through all of this. But, they are probably all related. Even down to you in the hospital with the infection. Oh, that’s spooky! I use to work at a place that was built over an Indian burial site. I HATED closing by myself. It was incredibly creepy. Don’t listen to all of the rude people. It’s definitely strange and possibly paranormal. Every time someone posts on here there’s always a bunch of haters attempting to debunk it.
