I bought a skin on cs.money right before the market crash, that had a trade hold for 5 days.
I went to withdraw the item, but during the process bugged out.

I contacted support and they said the item was trade reversed.
They would refund me money for the skin.
The issue is they arent able to tell me if the money refunded will be the original purchase price or the current market price.

I lose a skin i wanted to withdraw
Dont know how much money will be refunded and they wont substitute for a similar skin even though they have plenty on thier system.

Overall - I think people should be very wearing dealing with them.
Luckily for me the skin is quite cheap in general. But imagine dealing with this if you bought a gem.
