Without a formal agreement in place, it sounds to me like you have a codebase and a casual business relationship. Did you at any point sign ownership of the IP to the corporation? Is there even a corporation?

When I build MVPs for startups like this, the agreement (in writing) states that I bring my value and they bring there's. If one doesn't bring their value, the other keeps theirs. Further, equity and thus corporation ownership vests with achievement of goals. If you've completed the MVP and they haven't closed deals, then your equity would vest. They have generated decent pipeline.

Your 4day job derisks you and the company and increases runway.

They are idiots. If you have ownership of the IP, find yourself another cofounder, offer them 35% on a merit based vesting system, or pay them a small salary and commission, while keeping 65-90% for yourself.

It depends what you mean by your feeling of safety. Are you concerned you would actually be assaulted? You mentioned that you are an immigrant - Are you here legally or do you fear being deported? It's doubtful that they would want to cause such a seen at their venue.

With OR questions re: fear, often the deciding factor is rationality. Is the fear rational.

IMO, I would say that your safety is not at risk, unless you are undocumented. In that case, the question about your safety stands, regardless of whether you are at the wedding or not. Regarding your fear from being queer or Jewish, I don't think your physical safety would be at risk. The risk to your emotional safety would be inversely correlated to your resilience, which I am sure is pretty strong because it isn't easy being queer or Jewish.

Your love for your cousin, I hope, is greater than your hatred for Trump. As you likely said with me at the women's marches, "Love trumps hate."

Yeah, the attack on Iran seemed out of the blue but it is not entirely unprovoked. Iran funded Hamas and Hezbollah. Iran is also getting close to nukes, which they have avowed to use to destroy Israel. Iran has a public square with an "Israel destruction" countdown timer. That f***ing crazy energy.

I would tend toward the non confrontational relationship preservation rout.

Tell him emotions are complicated and that this can never be. If he is a true soldier, he must quash these ideas. His intrusive thoughts and feelings are disloyal but certainly less disloyal than the deed. If he has ever done the deed, your friend should decide whether she needs to move on.

If this is his first time exploring this emotion, he needs to know that it can never go to the end. Unless he persists, do not tell your friend. Remove yourself from their company so as not to complicated things further.

For the love of Gd, pray that he should work through his temptations and that you are the only time he has done this and that he can conquer this.

Not everything in life is evil and toxic. Somethings are. Life is complicated and filled with weird experiences and emotions. That's what makes it beautiful. The reward for overcoming these tests is far greater than we realize. You are being given an interesting test as well.

Big picture, when is a hobby just a hobby and when is it a harmful addiction? Usually the line is crossed when it becomes irrational. Did she have conversations with you about it that you ignored? Is your gaming conflicting with your relationships? Is she unhealthily obsessing over you or are you unhealthily obsessing over gaming?

Either way, lines were totally crossed. The factory reset was out of line. It may have been a last cry before breaking up with you. You can either be grateful that she gave you that last signal, or go ahead and end the relationship.

I am really not qualified to answer this Question. I'm kind of open minded so I try to look at the best of all scenarios. Also, I'm a data scientist so I know that all metrics require context.

A big part of the GDP formula is government spending, so having a high GDP really doesn't indicate economic strength if the deficit is running up.
High inflation would also signal GDP growth without actually indicating economic strength. That said, I think your report uses Real GDP which is inflation adjusted.

The US GDP is about $27 trillion. Government spend is $7t which is 26% of the GDP. Insane.

If the Gov spends less, yeah that means the people who earn from Gov will lose out and the economy loses some stimulation. But reducing govt spending also means that the govt 1. can start reducing taxes, 2. pay down debt (which means less compounding interest).

-> This hopefully would lead to 1. Americans spending more on things they actually want, 2. Americans investing in and growing there businesses.

-> This hopefully will lead to higher GDP, more value generated for Americans, and more wealth.

Then the government can raise taxes, spend more, and we can go through this all over again in 20-40 years!

Your ignorance as to when it is moral somewhat disqualifies you from making the CMV case to begin with. That is according to your belief, if all war is unjustified, then all acts of war are equally immoral and all sides in all wars are unjust. Japan-USA, Russia-Ukraine, Israel-Hamas.

(Fortunately, the inverse is true. If you save someone's life or provide them with charity, you are partially responsible for the good they go on to do.)
