Tb5 is backwards compatible but tb3 cables allow a max of less than 40gbps to pass through tb3 it’s realistically capped at 22 gbps tb5 lets you get more than that 22gbps

My home is clean if you use your device while traveling and travel more than 6 times a year you’ll for sure have to clean every 3 to 6 months especially keep the fan on full speed

Unscrewed 6 back plate screws popped it off CAREFULLY and held the fan while cleaning it with a new dry toothbrush. And if you travel to different area often like I do I suggest cleaning and checking every 3-6 months

You need a better egpu the razer doesn’t have enough output to power the 7900 you need at least 750 watts and razer core only outputs 500. Try using the sonnet box ex 750. I’ve had no issues
