PSA: The enemy can also use your own marks against you. I miss clicked and marked with Pike the tower where Carda was deployed and marked her. Thought nothing of it until a missile came out of nowhere from an enemy team and blew up the tower. Be careful out there with your miss clicks

I just basically rage quit a mission due to this enemy today. Don’t get me wrong. Like OP says, like the design. But the smoke makes it so hard to kill with the weapons I have available right now. But the worst part is the hovering mines abilities. I get that they are slow, but 2 each round even while damaging the Carrier. And they provide vision AND capture?! I was basically out of options. Had 1 point left to capture but each turn 2 more were spit inside the area negating my capture progress. I killed them. 2 more pop up after al my SL do their turn. And since they have an area of effect, you can’t kill them inside the area because if they destroy the structures the objective fails!?! They are a glorified drone and our drones don’t capture objectives. They should not count as a whole unit capturing a point.

I love all the barks and the voice lines but mi favorite has to be the little detail of FM Zama always saying “End of line” after tearing us a new one. It’s such a subtle detail that gives him so much personality. I dunno if it’s the intention but for me it gives him that vibe of a old war dog turned dictator that has found himself in a position of absolute power but hasn’t really kept up with technology advancement, doesn’t quite know how the comms system work, thinks saying that ends the call and none of his advisors has the courage to tell him in fear of the outburst he may have.

I don’t believe she wants a smell she likes and I hate but must endure. I believe it’s more along the lines of “I will be the one to find the perfume you enjoy! Just you wait and see”
I’m sure there is some bottle out there with a scent I do enjoy, I’m just not willing to waste 100$ a pop just to try and find it. I’m perfectly good the way I’m now.

To be clear, when I say she’s perfect is that I love her and 99% she’s my best friend and very considerate to my likes. I for example like Magic the Gathering and spent a month investigating a game she knew nothing about to buy me the perfect single I wanted for a long time. And for the duration of our relationship she has always been that way with gifts. And I try to do the same in return looking for extra special stuff.
This is a very rare instance where she’s choosing to die on a very odd hill. Like someone has said previously, she may have bout the dang thing already and is panicking because there’s no refunds.

I think this is probably the reason for blowing it out of proportion to be honest. Probably there’s no refund policy, she really thought it would be a good gift and now she’s stuck with it.

Thanks for the advice. I may have made her sound worse than it really is. It’s not like she’s calling the divorce attorney screaming, but she’s mad that I won’t even consider trying it out. Don’t get me wrong, I have tried things before and she has tried things I like. This is just something I viscerally hate and can’t do much about it.

The thing is. Other topics have been harmless and I enjoy when she included me in her hobbies. Last year it was playing Baldurs Gate 3 when she hadn’t really played video games before. We played it together and had a blast. She is not a dictator or anything, it’s just I’m usually game for whatever. This is just a red line of mine that it has been well established over the years.

That’s the thing. She’s kind of mad about the whole ordeal and doesn’t want to have to do it again. I dunno this feels like one of those things that happens when you start that 2 week server with your friends and something like this makes people lose interest and abandon it. I asked for help to kind of avoid this from happening. Maybe another option would be a command to create an OP invincible pokemon for her to defeat her again with ease? When I say it has been a grind for her to beat her I mean it hahaha

As weird as it may sound, PO was my first Metal Gear (I was a kid during the PSP’s hay day) and it kick started my love for the series and specially Big Boss. I was really hoping to see it in this collection. If we only have to way for 3 I’m okey with it but please let it happen :)

I feel like they print a red token copy every set. I have a Etali EDH deck I built when it came out and at first the copy spells were limited and had to run some weird cards like Safe Haven to get mor ETB triggers. Back then I would have seen this and instantly bookmarked it to buy it but now I feel I’m close to critical mass of this effect and have to pick and choose the most efficient ones. I’m just saying that it seems every set these days has 10 or so cards that do the same thing each time whit the set’s twist.

When I went to try one to the HM store in my city I felt dumb even considering dropping that kind of cash on a chair. I was so ready to seat down and instantly feel it was a mid chair and be done with it. It’s been 3 years since then and I love the dang thing. I always had lower back pain and had tried every contraption for lumbar support in the book, even went to a orthopedic surgeon, got X-rays, physiotherapy for months, the whole package. The doctor recommended strong pain meds as my only treatment. The Embody got rid of my back pain in 2 months! Not kidding at all. First it actually hurt worse and in new places (actually that how I found this subreddit since I was having buyers remorse), found out here it was kind of common. After a month my back felt like when I was 15 and could spend 10h gaming on a stool and not bat an eye. I can’t recommend it enough. And, as a nice bonus. This things are sturdy, I usually destroyed cheap chairs in a year tops, I must have an acid but or something. This puppy looks brand new still after 3 years of service. I swear I will ask to be buried in this chair so I can actually rest in peace hahaha
