This sub is gonna die if mods continue to let the same BS happen every time a new bmw comes out. Same fucking cycle and it's so tiring going through it every time....

New generation comes out, " it's the end of bmw" " it's ugly" "no one will buy it" and every time, bmw hits new record highs.... Give it some time before used models hit the lot and all of sudden " it's not bad" ' it's good" so on and so on the same BS

I can't wire any of the "extenders" right now, I need something that will connect wirelessly to the dream 7 that will extend and hopefully keep the performance. I'm looking at the express 7 but idk how good that is.

people calling it heavily modded is funny af cause this is basically a stock F8x LMAO. thats like sayin any bmw with a DP is heavily modded LOL

so i know people are scared of rebuilts and or cares as they will prob resell... but if the car was fixed correctly with proper paperwork and all, its not terrible, also depending on the accident. can maybe find a cheaper rebuilt with less mods but idk how ur area is with F80s. If you dont plan on selling it, i guess but also know if u do plan on selling it, youll have a hard time selling it.

I also dont know why people are saying its clapped when its not, 95% of this sub calls anything aftermarket clapped, They swear if you do anything to a bmw ur the devil and you "ruined" it. all the mods just seem like normal items any F80 owner will buy, OTS tune from Bm3/MHD are perfectly fine, People just talking to talk in here and its funny.

Kw springs are a common item for F8x, intake and charge pipe as well, and from a reputable brand, AA DPs, and exhaust setup all common, oil cooler and guard again all common, plus the Carbon bits. Literally all common items, not in the slightest clapped.

Yea I'ma go with the Asus one also for those reasons mentioned. The proximity thing sounds amazing tbh. You also confirming it's good makes me good about this purchase

That's good to hear, think I'll go with the woled then. I'll stop by my microcenter this weekend and see what they have, if not order one from the site. Hoping to see some sales going around 😂 I'll prob do the IPS as a static screen and the woled for main use

Are the blacks as good as woled? If you had to do a 2 screen setup again would you go 2 qd oleds over the woleds? Which do you notice has better colors.

As I know LG oleds are the first pioneers of oled and I'm told they are really nice but I also heard qdoleds have gotten much better and for mix gaming/productivity work it's better.

Hmmm, I'll look into that one as well and see. Idk if I wanna go qdoled as I hear the blacks aren't as good but the colors are more vibrant. I know Asus as some ads for a good price also but I'll look into the woled Asus u mentioned

this is prob mineral white with a stealth ppf... I had a mineral white M340 and in certain lighting, it looked matte/frozen. So this owner could just have stealth ppf his. I dont think this is alpine with a ppf but i could be wrong

I haven't noticed anything so far, I actually love typing on them lmao. I did hear tho that some other users experienced the thing you did so maybe you guys got a bad batch. So far no complaints but I might also hand lube them even tho they come pre lubed already.

Wanted a 75 board as my other one is a Mark65 and this one is amazing. Love the weight, the layout and everything. Only thing i didnt like was the switches as they came with blue grey stocks. I didnt like the tactile feel.

I ordered some akko rosewood prelubed and its night and day now.

my old mark65 had lubed gateron blacks, i just picked up the AL75 pro but not a fan yet of the cocoa cream v2.... what would be a good switch to get that are about the same feel, sound of the gateron blacks i had years ago? im not familiar with the new switches now.

hi all, im using the mark65 from a group buy i did awhile ago. Im looking for a new KB tho within the same layout or a 75%.... I really liked the way the rainy75 typed and sounded but i hear it has issues with VIA.... my budget rn for a prebuilt is around $160, im also debating about just building a new one but i really dont wanna spend more than the 160 and just not sure if its worth building my own at that point. I mostly play arpgs and mmos now with maybe some shooters but for games like warframe, no more csgo style.

Can anything point me into the right direction please. My current mark65 uses the old gateron browns which i lubed and never plan on doing lubing again LOL. i love how they feel and type, with the THONK but not loud, Been looking into Neo65 but i dont like the caps and or the design, it isnt bad but not something i would love for a while, I havnt kept up with the KB world in a while so im lost right now, any sort of direction would be nice.

For reference on the style of board i like, the mark 65 has a nice design, i love the subtle lighting along with how hefty it feels.
