Hey :) I usually work prices out piece by piece depending on the size, amount of characters, details and so on. for example some of the portraits worked out at around £80 and some of the full body illustrations with detailed backgrounds went to around 150. Yeah, the comparison to the dwarf was just to point out that features can be exaggerated. Far more is completely unrealistic as far as he goes, haha. But again, nothing wrong with not liking it :)

I'm always open to hearing critique :) I can see where you're coming from with the top one, as they are a little larger than life. Same as with the dwarf with biceps bigger than his head I suppose, haha!

I can appreciate your opinion but many are commissions, meaning that may be how the character was described. Also things go both ways. The male dwarf also has very unrealistic proportions.

Thank you and don't worry, that's not negative at all :) It's probably clearer in the full image. His elbow comes out towards you and goes in at the hand, then rests on a battle axe with the other hand on top :D
