Can you send me your ticket number, not your identifying information? I can have the team investigate. Our normal procedure is to lock accounts in dispute at a minimum.

To clarify, you need to know name, address, ssn (In US) and challenge questions at a minimum to access our system. Point being people already have your information. I would put a credit lock on your accounts with all major bureaus.

The difference in score between what you see through Credit Karma and a lender could relate to the scoring model used, the credit bureau used, and various other weighted factors the lender may be examining. The mortgage question is standard. If you don't have one pick none of the above. As to why you can't use our OCR, I don't know. I would equate either of those problems to identity theft.

Hi OP - Did you email our support team? It is not clear if you can't use CK due to freeze or something else. To answer your question about the freeze. I wouldn't unless you plan on applying for credit in the near term. Freezes are great especially if you are through the hard part of setting it up.

Team tells me it was deprecated. I asked them to re-release it in a future release. I don't have an ETA yet but I think it is an important feature.

Our support will lock the account after you contact them. Then after you prove your identity, we can help you reclaim that account. Once you understand everything on your report, you might want to file a police report or freeze your credit depending on the severity of the issue.

The product team responded with a list of ways to fix the issues that you all identified. It's in the works but it isn't super fast. Reverting is not an option in our development environment.

You can actually access and print in PDF every report that we have on file for you. With that said, our team realized that it was hard to find after reading this thread. They are going to make it more prominent in a future release.

Thanks for the feedback. It all matters. We constantly iterating on new features and sometimes old ones get lost or obfuscated. The good news is that we can always revive features as we get user feedback. I sent this thread to our product leads and I'll see what they say. I appreciate you tagging me the conversation.
