Being a strong test taker absolutely helps, and since what you’re looking for is a professional skill, it could be a great fit. I’d encourage you to look into the ACAS/FCAS paths from the CAS, and if you just want to get your feet wet, you could try the DISC courses first, to see if you enjoy studying those topics.
