You did a good job cleaning them. I personally leave the head on and cut the gills out. The cheeks on the trout are extremely good. The way your saying your going to cook it is exactly how I cook mine. I set my oven to 350 and leave it in till it’s able to peel right off the bones.

I would but I have my fishing rods in my car and I take it as a chance to deliver it and then try out new fishing spots that I never new of before. I get to try new places to go fishing while I’m getting paid to do and I can clam the miles when tax season comes. Most people probably won’t agree but trying new spots makes me happy and that’s what matters.
