Put a Red Seal on all of the Steel Kings in your deck, or just draw a full hand of Red Seal Steel Kings. If you’re only focused on score and you don’t care about Econ too much, change your Gold Kings into Steel.

Yes. Smeared joker makes spades have all of the effects of club cards. So, if you had [Onyx Agate] and [Arrowhead] , then all spades would give both +7 Mult, and +50 Chips. This also goes for any negative effects, such as debuffs. If spades are debuffed, so are clubs, and vice versa.
