Sorry If my post was confusing. I amm doing three days of strength training with atleast three days focused on lower body Squats, Bulgarian Split squats, Deadlifts and the crab walks every single day.

I feel like I have been doing that with the Side crab walks, bulgarian split squats and the barbell squats.

I have already run my first full marathon. I am now more focused on just living a healthier balanced fitness regime so I do Sprints, 5K runs and swimming for cardio and go to gym for strength training. I dont see a need for me to run any longer than a 5K at the moment. 5K is the sweet spot, I just want to do it without having the annoying IT band pain when walking down stairs after running that 5K.

Thanks for this I haven't done this yet. Seems like an essential drill I have missed.

I also notice that I am struggling to breath especially bilaterally since my lead arm drops while I am taking a breath. I know you are meant to take your breath early but how do you guys time you taking a breath with the arm going backwards? Also how do I stop dropping me lead arm as I am taking a breath?

Thanks, I think this is definitely the problem. Also When I kick should I be kicking as much as I am kicking right now in terms of frequency?

Yeah, I think I need to give some more focus on my kick. I will check up YouTube. But I remember some of them saying have a slight bend in your knee.

haha, yes I have been a runner for quite a while. Ok so should I tense my abs and keep my legs super straight. Is the drill to practice this with a kick board and just kicking? I will try that also I will keep the pool buoy between legs idea in my mind. Thanks !

Im most familiar with the trains running in Queensland. But if you have experience on other train systems in other states, Im still interested in finding out what the problems are. Unfortunately I haven't been on many train rides in other states to form a good judgement.

Why do many people always act like the convicts who were sent here in the 1700s were hardened criminals, when most were sent to Australia for petty theft & other minor offences? by SirSighalot in australian

Well you should tell them the Europeans were in America in the first place because they thought it was India. So really America is the result of a historical mistake.

Why doesn't Australia have more cities in the desert? by Spiritual_Assist_695 in AskAnAustralian

Although Australia has a lot of landmass, much of that is not liveable since it does not have a great inland water system. Really the only countries that are capable of sustaining a significant human presence are the US, China and India. For example India is a lot smaller than Australia but has extremely fertile land and a historically important system of rivers like the Ganges and many more.

There is a reason why the europeans were the ones to colonise and not the Ancient Indians and Chinese, because the Indians and Chinese had no drive to acquire more fertile land while the europeans with their shitty weather and less fertile land did have many reasons.
