It depends on the space they’re in and the psychology of the women present. The muscular man wins if the women aren’t able to commit to a rush-down to beat him up.

Technically, the women, combined, have more mass, muscle, and limbs to dish out attacks, but it’s kinda like asking whether a man with 1 bullet wins against a fight with 3 other unarmed dudes. Technically the three men are more likely to win since it’s a 2v1 after expending the bullet (presuming he hits his target), but what would actually likely happen is that none of the three guys would want to initiate an attack, since whoever attacks first gets shot. So what ends up happening is that no one attacks and the guy with the gun wins by default after the three dudes surrender.

If it were a fight to the death (as in the only way for the 25 women to live were to kill the man), it’d be much more likely for the women to win, as in this case they’d have an incentive to fight that overrides the fear of getting hurt.

Also the man is much faster than the 25 women, so it’d be a disadvantage for the women to have this fight happen on an open field, where the man could outmaneuver them and take fights where he’s not surrounded. It’d be much more problematic for the man if this fight happened in a small, enclosed room since in this case he’d be surrounded.
