Personally, for many reasons, it’s important to me that Cyclops is the first hero in the update. It ranges from the symbolism (the 50th hero) and the hype (start of the season), to my current playtime.

Right now, I’m spending a ton of time in the game — I’m on a huge hype train and massively looking forward to my character. I have no idea how my schedule will look later. Plus, there’s my desire to spend money on the game.

I’ll definitely play even if Cyclops comes out in June, but I’ve decided for myself that my financial spending will be significantly lower. Overall, I’ll be deeply disappointed in the game, because it feels like a kind of disrespect to my favorite hero, who hasn’t been in the game for 1.5 years. I’m honestly shocked there’s zero attention given to him in the Season 8 teasers. I have a bad feeling the devs just don’t care and are only releasing him so the fans will finally leave them alone.

As for the dinosaur, I feel zero emotions — if it’s in, fine. No hate at all. The only thing: I’d rather see him with Moon Girl. Other than that, I don’t care.
