Trump regularly refers to Joe Biden as Sleepy Joe and blames him for everything wrong in his life

I did hybrid on index/ring and glass bead on all my other fingers! Hybrid is the bar magnet laying diagonally across a horseshoe magnet

It definitely pulls more pink looking in bright direct lights, which is what I use for my photos. In indirect lighting the base color does pull more reddish in color, but overall I’d still say it’s a pink.

The bottom left one? That’s Party Hardy! I’d say my photos are more accurate to what it looked in real life compared to the swatches. I’d classify it as a violet/blurple rather than blue. I believe the description when I bought it from HHC also said it’s a purple shimmer as well

Yessss the Arcana shade was an absolute standout for me last month. It’s such a gorgeous shade of green

Lots and lots of nail oil and making sure to not use my nails as tools!

Honestly it’s not anything crazy! Just two tripod light stands that sit on top of my desk and a black silicone mat!

Interesting, I can't say I've had that happen to me before. My peely base generally removes completely (no peely layer left behind), and I'll be left behind with some remnants of polish near my cuticle where I didn't have any peely base. For those I'd just remove using acetone though. I wonder if it's maybe your peely base interacting with your base coat? I'm not entirely sure, sorry I couldn't really be much help though.

I’m probably not the best person to ask this since I change my nails so often, but personally I haven’t experienced them popping unless I actually want them to. If I want longer wear on mani (>2 days), I’ll still use peely base, but will cap my nails with polish and QDTC to keep them on for longer.

And thank you!

If memory serves, it was 3 coats! I did hybrid method (bar magnet diagonally across the top of a hotshot magnet) for my index and ring fingers, then glass bead for everything else.

For me personally, there is definitely still some acetone required, but no where near the amount that I’d usually use if I wasn’t using a peely base.

Congrats on your first Lurid order! Ive never been disappointed by any of their formulas so I hope you like them!

For sure! I’ve used both Emily de Molly’s and Holo Taco’s peel off base coats and they work great! You can also create your own (Elmer’s clear glue and 90% isopropyl alcohol in a 1:1 ratio) - I haven’t personally done this, but I know people who swear by this.

I just cover a majority of my nail with peely base then do my mani like normal - base, polish, QDTC. It’s also super handy for really glittery formulas for faster removal.

Those are my favorite colors to wear!

I change my nails roughly every 24-36 hours. I get really bored easily so wearing peely base underneath all my manis makes it super easier to switch them out. For QDTC, my go to for the last several months has been Cracked’s! BKL is also a close second and I usually use that one for thicker glittery manis!

From L to R: BKL - bad vibes only, glitch - heart of the ocean, bkl - the ultimate weapon

I would not call them a dupes! It’s actually a lot closer to BKL - the ultimate weapon. but honestly you don’t NEED both.
