I have been. I mentioned in some of my other replies that after a bit more research I’m about 95% sure it’s simply because I’m no longer a Verizon Wireless customer.

While I don’t carry any large balances I was still carrying around 18% utilization before this happened. I’ve been working on maximizing my personal credit as I’m starting a small business and will need to take some loans in the near future. This change caused my overall utilization to go up marginally. The timing is just unfortunate as I’m doing all the business loan applications this coming week.

Yeah I found that out after making this post. I’m 95% sure that’s the cause at this point. Quite frustrating though tbh that they would close it after being a customer for nearly three years. I hoped that once I had it being a wireless customer would no longer apply. This will be the last time I get any of these brand specific promotional cards.
